A native Northern Kentuckian, Chuck has a background and experience well-suited to commercial real estate service.
He has business degrees from Thomas More College and the Harvard Business School.
He served for ten years in State Government, with executive positions in the Governor’s Office and the Economic Development Cabinet. He spent eight years as an economic/market analyst with an engineering, planning and landscape architectural firm in Louisville.
Since returning to Greater Cincinnati, he has spent over 30 years as a successful commercial realtor.
His broad experience has sharpened his capabilities in all aspects of commercial leasing, sales and acquisitions, representing individual investors, business owners, corporations, governments, and non-profits.
A former member of the Kenton County Planning Commission
and Covington City Commission, he is an active community volunteer and an avid photographer.
